Our Simple Rules to Help You Succeed
At On-One Education Ltd, we aim to make learning easy and fun. To help us serve you better, here are a few policies to remember.
Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
- Booking Policies:
- Advance Booking: Clients can start booking sessions up to 1 week in advance.
- Last-Minute Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours prior to the start time.
- Class Guidelines:
- Arrival Time: Students should arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled class to allow teachers to prepare for the session.
- Virtual Classes: Students must keep their cameras on and have a functional microphone for the duration of the session.
- Post-Class Feedback: Students are encouraged to fill out the company’s feedback form to help improve our services.
- Payment Policies:
- Payments must be made 1 week or 1 month in advance (1 month = 4 weeks).
- Submit a screenshot of the payment receipt to On-One Education Ltd.
- Payments can be made via cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- Notice Period: Clients can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours and 10 minutes before the class starts.
- No-Shows: If a class is not canceled or rescheduled within this time, or if the client does not attend, the session will be considered dismissed with no rescheduling or refund.
- How to Cancel or Reschedule: Contact On-One via call, email, or message. Details are available on our Contact Page.
- Refund Policy:
- No Refunds: Cancelled lessons are not refundable.
- Clients may reschedule a maximum of 4 times.
- Missed classes or canceled sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- Internet Issues:
- Student’s Internet Drops: The session will remain active for the scheduled duration, but no refunds will be issued if the student cannot rejoin.
- Teacher’s Internet Drops: The session will remain open for 10 minutes. If the teacher cannot return, the session will be rescheduled within the same week if possible.
- Late Arrivals:
- Student: Classes will end at the scheduled time, with no refunds or rescheduling.
- Teacher: If the teacher is late, they will make up for the lost time either immediately after class or during a future session.
- Recordings:
- All virtual lessons are recorded to ensure client satisfaction.
- Group Lessons:
Group lessons follow a fixed schedule. Clients may cancel a session but will lose that session, and no refunds or rescheduling are permitted.
- Contact Privacy & Protection:
- Tutors are not allowed access to clients’ contact information.
- If a tutor provides unauthorized services outside the company, and the client provides proof (e.g., photos, WhatsApp messages, or receipts), the company may, at its discretion, offer compensation to the client up to TTD 7,000 per subject, ensuring that all services are in line with the company’s policies and agreements.
- WhatsApp Groups:
- A WhatsApp group will be created for communication between the teacher, client(s), and a company director. This ensures transparency and supervision.
